While we all agree that prevention is better than cure, equipment does breakdown. Unscheduled downtime can be very costly to any medical practice unless it is handled quickly and effectively.
Our goal, through the provision of the highest quality equipment and regular servicing, is to completely eliminate the need for emergency repairs. However, in the event of a breakdown, we will provide our clients with priority emergency service and one of our experienced technicians will be on-site within 24 hours.
We will assess whether an on-site repair can be made quickly or whether it is a better option for you to receive temporary replacement equipment while we take your equipment back to our HQ for a thorough overhaul. At this stage, we may advise you that the equipment is reaching the end of its viable life and the costs/benefits of investing in a replacement rather than undertaking costly repairs.
