Level 1 – “TOTAL RELIABILITY”
Our premium service: you are totally guaranteed under 100% care!
The objective is that you will always have premium equipment in service, maintained so that it should never fail. Sierra take 100% responsibility to provide:
- A premium quality new machine, installed at your practice.
- Comprehensive semi-annual PM service.
- IF a problem does occur, Sierra will provide priority emergency service, and will cover ALL the costs of travel, labor, loaners and replacement parts as required.
As the machine approaches the end of its “best use date”, a new replacement is provided. This is covered by the single monthly fee covering the equipment, maintenance and warranty.
Level 2 – “SIERRA ASSURANCE”
This program is designed to ensure that your equipment is maintained at its full operational effectiveness. More appropriate in situations where we are maintaining equipment that is already in place, this provides:
- Semi-annual Preventative Maintenance service.
- Priority emergency service, including loaners to keep your lab operating.
- All labor, travel, loaners are 100% covered by Sierra.
- Replacement parts, when needed, are charged for.
Level 3 – “SIERRA SERVICE”
Our commitment to bring 35 years of service excellence for your care:
- Semi-annual or annual Preventative Maintenance.
- Priority emergency service.
- All services are charged at time and materials.
